Q: Is the office open on Saturdays?
A: Yes! We
are open from 10am to 5pm.
Q: Does the airport nearby ever become disruptive?
A: The
airport next door is actually a private airport, and they only function during
standard business hours. Every once in a while, there will be a larger aircraft
that makes a little more noise, but they do not operate during unconventional
or inconvenient hours.
Q: How deep does your pool go?
A: Our
saltwater pool goes up to five feet at its deepest.
Q: How do we get into the gate once we move in?
A: The
office provides residents a key fob that is scanned in at the middle gate to
allow entry.
Q: Is there any kind of patrol or security on site?
A: We have
a courtesy officer who lives on sight and patrols several times a night. We
also provide his phone number for residents should they need him for any
specific issues.
Q: Where do our packages go if they aren't at my door?
A: We have
a package room under video surveillance attached to the office that residents
have access to 24/7 with their provided key fobs.
Q: What do I do if I have a maintenance emergency when the office is closed?
A: We
actually have an emergency maintenance line: just call the office phone number
and wait for the maintenance line option.
Q: When is rent due, and how long do I have to pay it?
A: Rent is always due on the first of the month, but the office gives a
five-day grace period. As long as rent is paid and processed by the 5th of the month, there is no penalty. On the 6th, a 10% late fee is
added.
Q: Is the property pet-friendly?
A:
Absolutely! Residents are allowed to bring up to two pets (dogs and cats), and
the property has a dog park and pet spa available at any time.
Q: What schools are we zoned for?
A: We are
zoned for Byars Dowdy Elementary, Winfree Bryant Middle School, and Lebanon
High School.
Q: How do I pay my rent every month?
